I usually check my tires before a long drive or when my car's tire warning light comes on. So I just always relied on the pressure gauge on the machine at the gas station. The last time I pumped up the tires it was very clear that the pressure gauge was not accurate. It was also dark and very difficult to see! Then I thought of how tiring it was to put on the retractable hose and how my quarter of an hour wasted on the pressure gauge and the sluggishness of the hose. And I thought how frustrating it would be to be in a situation where it's dark again and the gas station sensor isn't working. So I reluctantly received it and I'm glad I did. I feel like a more responsible car owner.
