I work as a home mechanic on my 2001 BMW 330xi. I bought this Autel MaxiCOM MK808BT scanner because the Bluetooth scanner I was using and the Bosch scanner failed to fix an airbag issue after replacing the rear window motor assembly. I used this scanner and was able to reset the error. I had a few more issues with the car - ABS light on dash, rough idle, ignition coil and more. This code reader helped me a lot with troubleshooting. It is very well built and did what I hoped it would. It has a lot more features to use than I've been able to test so far. I recommend it to anyone other than a professional mechanic like me who may find that other scanners don't get deep enough to fix all problems.
