It's so tight that I get a headache after putting it on and taking it off. I thought it would stretch after putting it on and taking it off a few times, I even tried stretching it, nothing worked. I contacted the seller to check if they come in different sizes but they weren't. The seller said I could return it for a full refund. Since I train in the heat I absolutely need this, so I cut off both ends to make it easier to put on and take off. it makes me cooler I can't figure out how to take it off to "snap" it into place to activate. Simply put on once a day and take off once a day.
