Only worked occasionally

Unreliable. I was trying to connect an old Dell monitor to Surface Dock 2. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it was an unreadable monochrome, or didn't work at all. I finally found another product that works great. . Assuming this product can work for you, great. But unfortunately it didn't work for me.
