heavy, ugly, limited capacity, folders get stuck

this thing is very heavy and I removed the wall brackets as soon as I loaded it fully. I can't think of a scenario where something this heavy would be needed for an average office. that's ugly too. However, the biggest problem is that the slots are small / the capacity is very limited. If I put more than 2 medium binders in, they get stuck in the bottom of the slot and are difficult to get out, or the binder just hangs and flops. best if you only need to use one folder per slot in heavy-duty environments like construction, manufacturing, warehousing, etc.
