The included anchors aren't heavy enough to withstand this. Otherwise I like it very much, I wish there were other colors.

Ordered 2 wall organizers and both are damaged. This would be perfect for what I need, just hate that they are damaged. I need to fix one to hang on the wall.

Reported 12.5" wide. Actual file width is only 12". My files don't fit as they are 12.25". Didn't find out until they were already hung. Unhappy with the distortion of information.

All colorful folders are folded and creased in half making them look awful and currently unusable. I have them under 10 textbooks and hope they even out over time, but it's frustrating. The file folder looks nice on the wall and doesn't cause any problems.

this thing is very heavy and I removed the wall brackets as soon as I loaded it fully. I can't think of a scenario where something this heavy would be needed for an average office. that's ugly too. However, the biggest problem is that the slots are small / the capacity is very limited. If I put more than 2 medium binders in, they get stuck in the bottom of the slot and are difficult to get out, or the binder just hangs and flops. best if you only need to use one folder per slot in heavy-duty…
