Too big, but that's my fault.
Fits true to size. I'm wearing a very large one which I bought because they didn't have a large one in stock at the time. I'm 5'6, about 180. I've tried to show pics of me tucking my shirt in to my liking, but it's huge. I still love the softness and length of the sleeve/shirt. I would, but again in a smaller size.
