After two uses. It stopped working (changed batteries, still not working. Light came on but NO numbers were shown to know what the person's temperature was. Colors worked, sound worked. Only used twice.

This thermometer is very easy to use. I like the feature without touching the forehead! I compared the temperature reading to another thermometer and both showed the same temperature. Since I also have young children, the surface temperature gauge is excellent at measuring the temperature of the milk in the bottles after heating. I definitely recommend it.

I thought I had a faulty thermometer because all my readings were so low. The seller contacted me because he knew I was unhappy. They offered to send a new one. I asked if I could do something wrong. I didn't hold it close enough to my forehead. I also didn't know that the standard temperature range for this type of thermometer is lower. I should have read the package inserts. Either way, great customer service.
