Bought to rent out a drinking water system for deer. I had a similar setup with the Peace Corps in Africa in the 90's and wanted to recreate this easy to use yet effective system. This is compliant. I was able to create two setups that work well, one for rent and one for my "prep" stash in the attic. Just take some 5 gallon buckets and create the top that it will sit in (after drilling a hole for the exit) and a bucket at the bottom with a faucet to control the water flow. To ensure your water is safe to drink, boil it before putting it in your filter bucket. So between those filters and the cooking process, you'll be fine.
