CAN'T REMOVE THE SCREW!
I have bought several of these chairs. My assistant struggled to put the first one together, but it's finished and a good chair. very nice. The second chair she works on is generally a problem. We cannot unscrew the chairs from the chair back. Four people tried it with 3 different screwdrivers. Why did they screw it up in the first place? It's a complete pain and at this point I don't even know what to do.
