The drive became inoperable after an interval of 11 months. Symptoms: - the disk is detected by the system, but it cannot be opened, and its volume is not displayed in Explorer; - on the hard drive itself, the lamp behind was constantly flashing. I took apart the case, removed the hard drive from the computer, and then tested it by installing it in a standard machine. It was successful. Hooray. Because there wasn't enough time to figure out what the issue was, it is obvious that it is either the case or the power supply. However, I don't want to risk voiding the warranty because there is a significant amount of personal data stored on the disk.
