I purchased an iPhone 12 on January 26, 2022. Everything worked out fine, and I enjoyed using it. Comparing it to the iPhone 8, which came before it, only shows advantages for the screen. And now, almost three months later, my phone's Internet connection has vanished. The most intriguing wi-fi, however, is still operational. I initially assumed there was definitely a provider issue, but even after having the sim card replaced, nothing improved. Upon asking for a replacement phone and being offered a "unit" (you can't call it anything else, since it's so old that I didn't even see them) more and of unknown origin, with a broken screen, they made reference to the fact that you can call, the Internet is there, and that's it. I've read various reviews, and they claim that rather the board flew off. They then turned to M-Video, who said that the repair could take up to 45 days. I snatched my phone and walked away after stating that I was unwilling to use such a phone, even momentarily. In general, what I want to say is that the phone is not bad in concept; perhaps it is a marriage that I perceived, but of course I am not happy with the actions of the M-Video personnel; by law, I should be given a phone with the same features as mine, but they are refusing to do this. Regrettably, I will have to go to court if we cannot reach an agreement. My negative evaluation so focuses more on the retailer than the phone.
