Great for small subwoofer

I bought this speaker to replace the 6.5" driver of a small 25w subwoofer. It's not entirely scientific, but to my trained ear I'd say it plays well down to 60Hz. or something before it turns off. Not bad for 6.5 inches! The small subwoofer came with a 5.1 receiver which was left at my house when I bought it. The voice coil in it was completely blown up. I installed it and it's good! Sure it won't sound like a 12" but it complements the Polk T15 speakers in my office well. I think if I don't crank it up too much it should last a while. A good way to kill a speaker, is to underestimate him.
