Bought this chair for my oldest daughter to replace her worn out office chair. She has a mixed school so I needed an ergonomic and comfortable chair for her. She said what she likes best is that it's soft to sit on and support her back. She didn't have those qualities of her old chair. She says she is looking forward to the virtual school as she has a new chair and wants to share it with her class. My husband assembled this chair in less than 30 minutes while watching TV. He said it had everything needed for assembly which was nice as he didn't have to take any tools out of his tool box. The instructions were easy to follow. Overall I'm happy with this chair as my husband didn't grumble about having to assemble something else and my picky daughter loves it.
