Didn't work with USB printer or wireless mouse driver, they blamed my printer

I have a Mac Pro and I'm using a USB-C hub to connect the charger, wireless mouse driver and HDMI connect cable to my monitor. When I first tried this, I found that the USB ports weren't working with my wireless mouse driver, although I have other USB-C hubs that do. I also tried connecting my USB printer to see if it was just a mouse driver compatibility issue and that didn't work either. I've tested both the USB printer and mouse driver with two different adapters I have and both worked fine. I emailed Anker support for three days and they kept trying to deviate. They told me that the mouse driver might not work due to bluetooth and frequency issues (which is stupid) and when I said it doesn't work with my USB printer either, they told me "If your printer has its own If the printer has a power supply, the printer will Driver and protocol communication may be the culprit. Please check your printer's user manual or contact your retailer to see if your printer has a downloadable driver to work with the hub. ". like what I explained that it's not a printer OR a mouse driver as I've used both successfully with 2 different adapters and haven't had a response from them since. Big waste of time and they really thought they could just attack me with a bunch of jargon. I want to give you 20% back to compensate for this inconvenience.” AFTER we've been talking for two days about the hub not working. I'm confused.
