Helped recover from lumpectomy!

These ice packs have helped me a lot. I bought 2 sets to spin in the freezer. I made some simple fabric covers that you can wear right inside my bra. I had a lumpectomy and they helped me a lot with my recovery! I would recommend. I only had to make ice for 20 minutes at a time. The ice packs stayed cold for the time.
