I am SO thankful I ordered this brand, I originally ordered the 24mm and it was definitely too big. I only knew this due to the paper you see immediately upon opening the package. I have been using the standard 24mm size on any pump I have tried and never had pain but never got much milk either. HUGE difference with this and I even think I could go down a size but unfortunately it looks like this is as small as they come.

I originally got a hand pump, which comes with a 24mm shield. I then ordered two one-piece 24mm medela shields so I could pump both sides simultaneously. Interestingly enough, it's slightly smaller than the manual pump 24mm shield. Not sure why the same company has a discrepancy in their sizes. These have been a lifesaver! On my third child, I finally realized I have been using the wrong size flanges all these years. I went through three sizes before I finally bought these. They are comfortable, no issues with pulling too much areola into the tube, they are the perfect fit. I don't mind that it's all one piece, as it doesn't hinder the cleaning process. Such a bummer that the big companies don’t have flanges for our small nipples (LOL!) but so grateful for this one! Will edit if needed, but have had great success with using this with the Medela Symphony. Only thing is that they didn’t fit the mini Medela bottles it came with, so I use the Abbott ones I received from the hospital.

I got these because I needed a smaller size, and they are comparable to the 24 mm two-piece medela breastshields that come with my pump-in-style. Two cons: with them being all one piece it doesn't feel like I can get them quite as clean, and the little yellow piece is sometimes difficult to remove from the breastshield. From reading other reviews it seems like these work better for smaller sizes; because of the tapered design, if you have large nipples, the tapered shaft is not as accommodating

Honestly I found it weird at first how the connector and the flange were one piece. I got over it wiickly because that made it only one part to wash versus two parts. I’ve read some reviews stating that they’ve had a difficult time cleaning it and experienced "mold”. I have not found that problem at all. I bought this to have a smaller flange on my Medela Harmony manual breast pump. However, the pump does not fit onto this style of part, which was not clear in the product description, and it is not eligible for refund.

What I like about this product is that it is ready to clean, not so much parts to take apart and put back together. As long as you have the right size flange the suction is great, these do not hurt which is a plus. Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase. I bought multiple flanges since I'm an exclusive pumper it helps with not washing right away.

These work perfectly with my Medela pump in style advanced and actually fit me, which is more comfortable and more effective for pumping. All of the parts fit with my pump and even though the clear plastic is all one piece, it still works with my off-brand pumping bra because the flange part fits through the hole easily.

The valves are terrible. I was getting back flow into the tubing of my pump after a few uses and realized the valve had a small tare. The breast shield is made of strong plastic and works fine. I'd recommend you just spend the money on madela parts or at least on the madela valves.

These work really well for single pumping, but not double pumping. I can't take these to work with me because I can't hold them both and double pump. With the pump attachments where the sheild separates I am able to wear/connect the pump to the bustier and pump both sides at the same time and work/type while doing so. I actually like these better than my Medela parts! The only downfall is the flange and "valve” like the Medela pieces are fused together. So that makes me nervous for cleaning because you can’t really scrub the inside with a brush like Medelas. However for some reason this increased my breast milk supply and I will be ordering more for when I return to work!

These work well as far as suction goes, but I do have trouble with them because they do not break down very much. You cannot detach the flanges, and for me, that is a problem because they don’t work with my pump bra. My pump bra only has a hole opening for the neck of the flange to fit through and without it detaching, it doesn’t fit. I also find they don’t seal as tight to the bottle. They work, but just not super well for my pump set up.

Used these on my medela pump in style advanced before I upgraded to a new pumping machine. It worked exactly as if I had bought the actual medela parts intended to go with the machine without costing as much. Cleaning was easy as a bonus.

To each their own but this product was one piece which meant less to clean BUT it also meant I couldn't use these with a number of my pumping bras (the Medela ones are great but doesn't work with these) --- I felt the sizing is a little off compared to others as well and made my supply less than what it usually is. Loved having extra pump parts on hand to prevent the need to wash a single set between each use. Great value compared to name-brand parts and work just as well! I came back to purchase additional sets to have on hand/rotate for frequent pumping.

Works and looks as described, but I think that almost every baby-related item is overpriced, especially small plastic things like this. But hey, it works, and cheaper than the name brand parts. These breast flanges for a breast pump are recommended.

I actually prefer these over the actual medela parts. They are greatly easy to clean and so easy to assemble! You can't beat the price either. I highly recommend them!
