This strap fitted my Garmin watch well, although it was difficult to get the pins through the channel. I had to put them in before attempting to attach them to the watch and it was quite inconvenient. This strap must have been made for men because I don't have skinny wrists but I was on the penultimate hole which left a lot of extra strap. The strap holders are sewn into the strap and therefore cannot be adjusted to accommodate an additional strap. They're solid metal, about an eighth of an inch in diameter, and sit right where my wrist rests on the laptop keyboard when I'm working, creating uncomfortable pressure. So I really liked the lightweight nylon and I'm sure it's strong and durable, but it didn't really fit my wrist and wasn't comfortable to work with. Also, when swimming, I had to move the penultimate hole to accommodate the slight stretch of the wet nylon, and I could feel the slack length of the strap moving with my movements, which was a little distracting. Bottom line: if you need a nylon strap for your Garmin watch and you have fairly large wrists and don't rest your wrists on your laptop while typing, this strap might be for you.
