This is a pretty solid board for the price. It has the basics (USB 3.1 Gen 1 ports on the front, decent sound) but lacks a few things: 1) Mobile devices of a similar cost often come with a built-in wireless power adapter. Not on this board. 2) There is also no USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-C port, either on the front or on the back. You can read reviews of the VRM on this board and you'll find that it's pretty cheap, but where this board really shines is its Load Line Calibration (LLC). Even in manual mode, it keeps the voltage stable even under extreme loads (Prime95 torture test). In addition, the BIOS is well designed and very responsive. Features are documented and built-in memory profiles make it easy to overclock your memory. Unfortunately I haven't been able to overclock my Ryzen 2700 much beyond 4GHz yet, but I think it's more due to thermal issues than the board itself. . I switched to this board after my new ASRock Master SLI/AC had a broken front panel audio port and was absolute crap to keep the voltage under load. Bottom line: If you're overclocking on a budget, this board might be for you. If you want features like USB-C, WiFi, 6+ SATA ports, or something else, it might be worth looking elsewhere. For me, the lack of a USB-C port is what caused me to deduct a star as it's a pretty basic feature that I think every board* should have. Otherwise this board still seems great.* Yes, I know connector standards come and go, and my old 8 year old case definitely didn't benefit from an eSATA or FireWire port on the front, but I think USB C will stay here . Mobile phone manufacturers have already started to implement it, and it has become Apple's new universal port, unlike Thunderbolt. All of this leads me to think that USB-C is the standard you need for future builds of your computer.
