I've biked thousands of miles never having a flat this year. I had a feeling today was going to be the day to have a failure of some kind so I had this tube and a tire tool, pump all packed. Well what do you know, had a flat going 28 mph on my motorized bike. I cant just take the rear wheel off, I have to break the chain and its a pain plus its messy. I was able to rip the old tube off and insert this and get home. The 700c tube is too long, it overlapped inside the tire. It still got me home though. I would not leave this in your tire, it doesnt seem heavy duty enough. But as a spare it works great.
