Warm, flattering winter skirt
Size up as the band is tight. I'm 5'5" and 115 lbs, SMALL fit well but that's with a thinner top tucked in. For me it's worn like a highrise above my hips, maybe 6 inches from my breast bone. I wear a cuddle dud shirt long-sleeve with it. Pockets are great, fabric is thick, and the skirt has a lining underneath the skirt. Really love it.
