This is a great dog door, easy to install and looks great. The price is very reasonable. I had one problem and it was that my dogs didn't like the resistance when opening the door due to the magnets. They would come and push their noses against it, and if they didn't push hard enough, it wouldn't open. It was hard for me to teach them to get away with it. I found a simple solution: I took the door out again and removed the two magnets holding it closed. Now my two dogs go in and out with no problem. When the wind blows very hard, it opens the door a little, but not far enough to let in cold air. Problem solved, dogs love it, love it, highly recommend.
