Long overdue update: 05/05/2020 I received the replacement cartridges quickly and they worked perfectly! Thanks again to the support staff! Change to 5 stars! Update: 12/08/2018 I was contacted very quickly via email regarding issues with this product. True customer service is rare these days. 5 stars for quick response and suggested solutions. I will definitely keep updating. Thank you to the seller for supporting their products. I received the product the next day after ordering. Both are a perfect match for our new printer; However, both cartridges gave a general error, they prompted me to reinstall and then try a different cartridge. Given the rating, I thought I'd finally found a suitable, relatively inexpensive replacement option; unfortunately this was not the case. I could agree that maybe one cartridge was defective, but the fact that both were defective makes me seriously skeptical about this replacement option. Don't plan on trying a replacement. Back to production.
