I spent a lot of time researching weight benches that were not super expensive. I decided on this one because of the decline options. I really like it overall. The only negative is that the height is quite high and my feet don't sit on the floor when I'm laying down on it (just my tippy toes touch the floor). I am average height at 5'5" but my legs are pretty long so I didn't think nothing of that when I bought it but yea it's an issue but that's the only issue I have. I'm going to keep it…

This is a great bench for the money. It’s sturdy and highly adjustable. Like others have said, I do wish that the seat of was a little wider so that I could hook my legs on it for decline sit-ups, but I’m able to make it work regardless.The seller was also great; I had a question and they responded quickly and were very helpful.

Comes pre-ssembled. Quality of the coverings and cushion feels nice. Easy to adjust bench angle as well as the seat angle. Goes well with other black-red colored equipment. Durability yet to be seen but I’m satisfied with how the item looks and feels during my first couple workouts.

Just received the Flybird FB299 adjustable bench .From my first impression it is good quality product good looking ,feel sturdy very versatile angles,compact for small home,weight about 15Kg,I am about 170cm and it is comfortable.Just one downside it cannot stand by itself when folded must be leaned on the wall.Overall very good.

I had to return this product because it was extremely unstable and did not sit flat on my garage floor. Very wobbly. I ended up purchasing a Rep AB-3100 for about $100 more and love it.

As a casual lifter, I find this bench to suit my needs. I am able to change elevation on my bench presses which was the main reason I bought this bench.I am 5’8 and I can understand how this bench feels "tall”. I feel like I’m on the fence about it. It doesn’t affect me, but it is something g to consider.

Don't like this bench and don't recommend for 5'8" or under. Can't properly plant feat as it is too high off the ground.Gap is too wide where the bench folds so you don't can't a nice stable posture.The foam pads for legs slide off constantly which is annoying.Also if I get the use of the screw mechanism for connecting the leg extension bit it keeps becoming loose. Not a deal breaker but annoying.

This bench looks like quality, but is very lightweight. The cushion is nice, the steel looks okay, it's already assembled when it arrives.The only negative I have is the weight, it's so light that eh n I attempted to push against it to retract my scapula, it slides the entire Bench across the floor. I bought some grip tape to put on the feet but it hasn't arrived yet so I can't comment.

I wanna say, most of the crap I buy on Walmart is just that, crap. It falls apart the next day/week and then I look like an idiot trying to weigh weather to return said crap or not. This is not the case with the Flybird Workout bench. I bought this April 2022 and I am super impressed how well it has held up. I get my workout on 3 to 5 times a week on this beast and aside from a few stretch marks on the back seat cover, this bench has held up. Worth every penny. Great bench for beginners…

Happy with this one - just what I needed. It's a stable, nice-looking basic home weight bench with absolutely minimal assembly out of the box.Be advised: this model isn't for bigger bodies. I'm 5'8" and 170 lbs, and it works well for me; if you're over 5'10" or so, you may nevet be comfortable on it.I do wish the gap between the seat and back were not so large when in the flat or decline positions. It's a little uncomfortable, but not a dealbreaker.For the price, this piece is a good value…

This is a good workout bench for at home use. I am over 6 ft and it fits me well. I don’t have a problem with my feet touching the ground while on it. Only complaint is the gap in between the two foam parts, the seat and the backing, can be annoying when part of your body is over it.

This bench is great for a home gym at a great price. By no means it is a "pro-gym” quality bench but it does the job very well for the days I cannot get to the gym. It comes fully assembled - take it out of the box and it is ready to go!
