Good home gym bench
This is a good workout bench for at home use. I am over 6 ft and it fits me well. I don’t have a problem with my feet touching the ground while on it. Only complaint is the gap in between the two foam parts, the seat and the backing, can be annoying when part of your body is over it.

- The bench's assembly instructions are difficult to follow
