Definitely improved cuticle condition

It's important to note that despite the badge, this isn't actually made in the USA. The company is based here, which I think is a loophole? Nonetheless, his product is great. My cuticles are rough and my nails are in bad shape. Doing this every night changed her drastically. I have tried many other products with no success.
