This is a baby bottle for teenagers and adults.

. it will leak yes and don't worry if you shake it be careful it may cause the liquid to be absorbed also it will not leak so yes and don't use it with caution. It is not recommended to put it in a lunch box if you can't get up and don't shake it. You can shake it, but close the hole to avoid leakage. You have to suck out the liquid so for teens and adults it's like drinking from a baby bottle lol. As for cleaning, I didn't have to.
