"I also had to do some 'muting' by 'clicking' pieces together 'top to bottom'. Put some kind of elastic "gasket material" between the top and bottom. "Otherwise it would make too much noise. Of course, if these things were used commercially or industrially, noise wouldn't be a problem at all! Anyway - 'worth my time and $$$$
