The interface is not very user friendly when it comes about how some fields need formatting before they are able to be used properly i.e.; dates that should show as mm/dd instead shows mdyyyy format which needs to converted into dd/mm; multiple columns needed for information retrieval from one table can sometimes take up an entire screen which makes navigation difficult especially if you're trying to compare two separate but related items at once e.g., 2 rows showing same info but formatted differently (i.e., date column). Sometimes there's too much going on during load and its hard to keep track of what was already loaded vs. new queries being run so I have little confidence in the accuracy of my reports unless its been verified by other staff.
