Review on Music Triage by Rolando Munoz

I used music triage for our campaign with Drake. They helped with strategy and creative, and then deployed the team to execute. I found them to be thorough, professional and extremely thoughtful. It is not a perfect process, but it is a good one. The process of deploying teams and getting things done (even if that does involve a lot of emails and reminders) is very smooth. I think they could streamline the onboarding process. It could be a little more hands on. I worked with the agency side of the team and everything was great! The creative was top notch and everyone on the team was helpful. I like how easy it was to use with the platform being so simple to navigate. The customer service has been great as well! Nothing really at this point but will update if any issues arise. Make sure you are using their free trial period first before committing to anything. We have had success reaching new customers through our social media ads and direct outreach via email/social media posts.
