I am writing this to help other people make an informed decision before buying this product. Returning something vacuum sealed can be a hassle! For those quick skims, here's my experience: Pros: - No weird smells - Clean - Feels soft - Won't let you sleep hot - Loved drawstrings at corners Cons: - Not 3 inches thick - Padding unevenly distributed - Was on a few inches less for my king size mattress. I am returning this mattress pad. So for me personally. I will probably love this mattress topper. If it were a 3" padded topper like they advertise I would love this topper. I know it looks like it's overstuffed in the photos but it isn't. Please don't be fooled by the pictures. After research I found that to get a fluffy, bowl-like cloud in the feel I was hoping for with this topper, I had to look for a 5" topper to get a 5" topper. And yes, I got it for 30 minutes at lower Run my dryer on high speed. Then tried again later for 50 minutes with a slightly damp cloth on low, it linted but not as advertised. Hope this helps!
