The hub is very easy to use. Just plug in and get started. And when it works, it just works well. I never lose connection while playing or anything. The problem I have is that when I turn on my system it doesn't always connect. Sometimes I have to unplug and plug it back in a few times for it to work. Once that happens, it works fine from then on until I turn the system back on. So this leads me to believe that the hardware connection is not the problem. I thought it might be a software issue with my PS5 but when I plug something into those front ports they still work fine. This only happens when I go through this hub and when I turn on the system for the first time. I'd say it happens about 60-70% of the time until I turn it off and on a few times and watch my keyboard light up. In this case, it's a minor obstacle, but I definitely shouldn't run into it.
