Doesn't sit flush and doesn't work well with the Pulse 3D headset

There is about 1/4" (2mm) clearance between PS5 and hub base. Also, only about 20% of a Pulse 3D headset will work properly when it first powers up from sleep; to get it working I usually have to unplug the hub, plug the headset receiver directly into the PS5, and once paired unplug the receiver and plug the hub (and then plug the receiver back in connect the hub).I had almost the same problem with my PSVR USB connection when I tried to use one of the rear USB ports with a headset and moved the

Works well, but BEWARE. Read please!

I would like to return it. But I ran out of time because I'm using it late. Or at least check out all the features. For starters, it works well as a handy USB multiport. but for (and I found this out late) charging with the included USB cable that came with the PS5 won't charge. In order for me to charge the controller, you need to remove the device and plug it directly into a USB port on the front panel. Anyway, I originally got it because of the extra VR ports. And I also got an ambiguous…

Don't take it for anything other than controllers.

I got this because I have a PlayStation VR and I would like to plug it in and leave it, but that's not possible. Since I'm running an external hard drive that needs to be plugged into the back like a VR camera. Well, this adapter doesn't work with my Turtle Beach headset and it distorts the audio, so in my case there is no extension of the USB ports used.

It could be better under Computers and accessories

The USB hub works as advertised but does not fully engage as expected. It somehow just hangs on USB ports and wobbles a lot. Also note that if you're buying this hub to work with PSVR, unfortunately it doesn't support PSVR connections, nor external ones. So you cannot connect PSVR, camera and external hard drive at the same time. It supports wireless headsets and controller charging. The sound quality of the headset seems to be close to normal. Controller charging is slow but works while PS5 is

Doesn't sit flush and doesn't work well with Pulse 3D headset

About 1/4 inch (2mm) clearance between PS5 and hub base. Also, it depends on only about 20% whether an Impulse 3D headset works properly when it is first turned on from sleep mode; To get it working, I usually have to unplug the hub, plug the headset receiver directly into the PS5, and once paired, unplug the receiver and plug in the hub (then plug the receiver back into the hub). I had almost the same issue with my PSVR USB connection when trying to use one of the rear USB ports with a headset

Works mostly

The hub is very easy to use. Just plug in and get started. And when it works, it just works well. I never lose connection while playing or anything. The problem I have is that when I turn on my system it doesn't always connect. Sometimes I have to unplug and plug it back in a few times for it to work. Once that happens, it works fine from then on until I turn the system back on. So this leads me to believe that the hardware connection is not the problem. I thought it might be a software issue…
