Review on Reed Tool MKF2 Meter Curb by Sean Zamora

I wanted to wait to use this tool but was upset that Revain was delaying processing my correction of the description. The description used by Revain is verbatim from Reed for the entire product line. According to the Reed website, the MKF2 (this tool) ONLY has sockets for "standard hydraulics" and heads for "large Ford" bolts. If you need to turn the "big miller" you will need the Reed Reed MKH10820 Meter Box and Box Lid Key - Mueller 2 Lrg & Std Pent. (02380) (fits standard and large Muller). As far as I can tell, no one offers a "universal" tool (standard, big Ford, and big Muller). The tool is made of lightweight cast metal. I can't tell if it's aluminum, zinc or something else. Because it's designed to work with a latch and not drive in rusty over-tightened bolts, it proved strong enough for our pit cover. The fit and finish is also a bit rough. I just used a standard water outlet and a hack tool; Can't tell how well the 'big Ford' nest fits. I'm happy enough with that.
