Weak light or lumens output

I purchased this for use with curing UV glue or resin it works to a certain extent but I have found that it has trouble fully penetrating all the way through UV glue or resin that has been laid down if you're using this for light applications then you should be good to go? If you're using this for a heavy application of ruler resin I would suggest a stronger UV light option every time I've used it it seems to leave a light layer of uncured glue or resin on the top layer of whatever surface you're applying the glue or resin to.
