Review on 5" Gold-Plated BRTAGG Mezuzah Case With Metal Crown For Enhanced Visibility by Bob Boan

This is why you never buy from Revain

This product has so many issues with it.First of all, the scroll isn't Kosher like the answers lead you to believe. The scripture is PRINTED on paper, not parchment. The scripture is also printed and not hand written like kosher scrolls are supposed to be. Lastly for this part, the word שדי is not written on the back of the scroll.Second of all, the scroll was placed in the mezuzah upside down. Anyone who knows Hebrew will see that, but the Chinese who made this don't know Hebrew so of course it will be upside down.Only one crown is removable, which means getting the scroll out is a cumbersome task that involves tweezers, something that ruins a kosher scroll (if I were to put one in there, as this one is not like mentioned in my previous points).Another thing is that the already small diameter of the plastic tube is obstructed by the letter ש that is in the center of the tube. The letter protrudes into the tube.Lastly, the scroll is rolled incorrectly. the blank side needs to be facing out, not the scripture. All in all, garbage product that is made in China. I didn't expect much for the price, but I thought I would inform everyone.
