The quality is top notch and I recommend the product for purchase.

Easy to use. Got the milk out of the freezer and no need to bother with pots. I set the defrost function and while I change clothes, I wash the baby, everything is ready. Heats up in 3 minutes. When we grow up, we will warm purees and cereals.
Easy to wash . No need to disassemble anything. Wide mouth so fits a variety of bottles. Loved the design too, just like the picture. The plastic is quite durable and high quality. Of the shortcomings, it seemed to me that the cord was a bit short. I had to look for a place to install the heater.
