I like that you can customize your dashboard to meet all different needs. It's very easy to use! You are able to create multiple job boards from one system which is great for companies with many employees in different locations or even departments within an organization. The ability to filter jobs by location would be nice if it was possible but overall this software has been helpful when searching through several job postings at once and then sorting them into categories. We have used Kahuna as a way to post our open positions so candidates who apply will see those posted right away instead of waiting until we receive resumes. This helps us reduce time spent looking over resumes and getting qualified applicants for each position.
