Large capacity, beware of broken parts

I have used it 3 times in 6 months (left it empty when not used for a long time) and the aroma button is broken. It looks like it got stuck somehow and now it won't come out. With infrequent use, you will still notice a distinct musty smell. I use Portland tap water OR so I know it's not water. After disassembling the internal mechanisms, I noticed mold. It's not worth it! I'll contact you.
