Not a bad tool for pizza lovers, but not a miracle tool. Thaw bread dough (regular Walmart dough works for me) 2. If it hasn't risen enough, place in the oven (turned off) with a small saucepan of boiling water for about 30 minutes3. Dust the table with flour, distribute the dough to about 50% of the desired size4. Place on a floured baking sheet 5. Place in the oven with boiling/simmering water6 for a further 20 minutes. Put the dough back on the floured table. NOW you can use this roller to get a LARGE relaxed/non-ripened pizza, roll it gently with flour and it should fit the large baking sheet very nicely. I've tried this a few times with a once-risen dough (skip steps 3-6) and it just doesn't work, it's a tool, not a miracle device. That's just my way, but I find that the second rise really allows the dough to relax rather than stretch. 12 to 14 minutes at 400 degrees. For the math: Using ingredients available at Walmart and my cheaper local pizzerias with added cheese at home, I'm basically saving between $2-$4 per pie.
