Review on 591378 Carburetor For Briggs & Stratton 10HP 305 - Fits 5000 5550 6200 8550 Models by Adrian Hayes

Nothing to complain about. Had to take out the butterfly valve so I could put on the shorter throttle handle that was provided and mounted it right up. Got it for a 5500 troybilt generator with a 10hp briggs that had been sitting for a few yrs and it cranked on the first pull. That was over a month ago and it's ran at least 15 hrs without any issues. The oem carb was leaking gas into crankcase because the valve seat was worn (nikki carb) it's all one piece and is like $30 + $12 for a new needle. These cheap carbs are hit a miss and while I have yet to have a problem with any I've bought I know it will one day happen and when that day comes I'll return and replace.
