This is a life saver. I've never liked rotation, but I'm rehabilitating from ACL reconstruction surgery and rotation/cycling is recommended. In the first few weeks, the seat had to be raised completely to avoid twisting more than 90 degrees. That put my lady under a lot of pressure.
