Aqua Sphere Stingray Core Warmer Review

My granddaughter loves a wetsuit, she will never want to wear a bathing suit again. Sent quickly, everything is very good!

I like this product. Size 8 for my 4 year old girl (40 pounds 42 inches) and size 6 for my 3 year old girl (30 pounds 36 inches). They are a bit loose in the legs but otherwise fit great. Keeps you warm in the indoor pool in winter.

My 7 year old daughter is very skinny and gets cold very easily and can't last more than 10 minutes in the pool without her lips turning red. We bought her this wetsuit and now she can wear it for hours. Buy one size larger than your child's size, runs small. Your money's worth is not expensive. My daughter loves that it's pink too!

The suit fits well but doesn't keep you warm. The biggest problem was the smell. It smelled like a skunk! When my granddaughter was in the pool we thought there was a skunk nearby until we realized it was coming out of the black part of the costume. I washed it in the evening but it still smells. For this reason I would not recommend buying it.

Ideal thickness for indoor swimming. People who complain about thickness should understand that not all wetsuits are created equal. Thicker wetsuits are available for cold water activities. My favorite feature of this wetsuit is the front zip. The sleeves and trouser legs are not too tight either. All this contributes to quick changes in the dressing room and excellent mobility in the water.

As mentioned, the size is not the same. According to the size chart, size 8 is for children weighing 47-54 lbs. My daughter is 40 pounds and a size 8 fits her! Find out. Unbelievable! If I had followed their sizing chart I would have bought a size 4. gulp! Thanks for all the feedback I appreciate it. but you have to go higher. The product has a gummy smell and is definitely warm. If you can find the right size you'll be fine, but getting it is the hard part.

My 8 year old is very skinny and tends to turn blue when the water is a bit cold. I bought this wetsuit (orange) hoping it would hold up while working out. It was wonderful! The arms and legs allow a lot of freedom of movement and don't get in the way of his punches. The center was the perfect thickness to keep warm in the water. No more blue lips! My kid was concerned about the water temperature during swim class so I found this and tried it. Since then she hasn't complained! This is not a full buoyancy wetsuit (at least I can't tell!) and the spandex around the arms helps a lot to allow for full movement. We'll probably use a lot of it on the lake too!
