Review on Bissell Cleanview Deluxe Handheld Vacuum Cleaner 47R51 by Juan Simpson

I wanted to fall in love with this machine but it didn't work out. I bought this to use on stairs as my regular vacuum is a giant stand that is very easy to fall off when using hand tools. I wanted a portable, corded vacuum so the suction power wouldn't be lost over time due to battery wear. The first problem: The wide nozzle has two strips of fabric, one on each side, to collect hair. A streak came off at the first stage. EVERY FIRST USE! How will it last me for years if something falls apart on first use? There was still some glue left on the tool so things got stuck there instead of being vacuumed off. The second problem I had could easily be overlooked if I didn't have other problems, but since I did have them it was just another snag against this vacuum. The cable length is very inconvenient. It's really long for a compact little car, but hardly short enough to climb an entire flight of stairs. I had to stop halfway down the stairs to plug into another outlet, but it still took a long time to coil the cord and it takes up as much space as the PDA itself. The third problem is the worst for me: After one I had to let it cool down for over 2 hours before I could use it again. I couldn't believe how quickly it got hot. Very worrying. The benefit of this portable device is that it has pretty good suction, but when you're not using attachments you have to hold it at the perfect angle to use the suction. a bit annoying. Overall I wasn't impressed with this product and I don't think it's worth the price. Returned. I usually trust Bissell products and have replaced it with another Bissell machine which I am much happier with. I don't have any pets so I can't comment on how good she is with pet hair. Maybe that's all he's good for.
