Great little fan for a hot office. I plugged it directly into my computer at work. It's really cooling and the fan has adjustable speed and a cool lightbulb. Be sure to read and follow the instructions carefully to ensure your fan does its job well. I filled my reservoir with ice water, left it off for 3-5 minutes to allow the machine to fill while off. The water level drops sharply, but fills the machine's filter. I was nervous, I thought it would leak, but no! It took a bit to cool my office, but the AC was broken and it was 83° in the office, so I think it worked pretty darn well. I've already bought a second one because I was impressed and it works.
