I bought a used lamp from Amazon so I was expecting a few dents here and there. However, I didn't expect to have to hot glue the rods together as they came out of the grooves and didn't stay in even when tightened. It lacked the necessary screws to attach the plate to the rim and did not come with any instructions. It was a complete mess. But my husband and I got some screws, glued the bars in place (one came out, you can see it in the second and last photo), bought lightbulbs and installed them last night. It took forever (I think if we knew how to twist the wires properly (ours are very old as our house is from the 1920's) it would be easier to install. Very simple. Looks great except that I Received a very damaged product.It would be 5/5 with no issues with missing/defective parts and instructions.
