Everything works perfectly, I was very happy to receive it in 2 days although the estimated time was 4-5. the only thing I can say is negative. It may have been the packaging, it made me feel like it had been used, although well protected with tight bubble wrap, the plastic sleeve it was in was open with no seal or tape when it slipped out . Thankfully, as I usually do in cases like this, I had it over the bed so there was a fluffy minimal bounce, but it's still not good for the peace of mind. I hope this is new and just my imagination. I was expecting vacuum packaging but my guess is that it was repackaged to protect against impact rather than being exposed to the elements as I really liked the cozy bubble bag it came in, just a piece of tape would make a world of difference did. (written in a shipping day and several months test, so far so good) Comparison of storage, price and durability is the reason why I bought this product and I am satisfied with this product. I am using it as of this writing so the photo only shows the packaging but the hard drive is exactly as advertised as shown when purchasing the Revains image.
