This was purchased for recovery from breast reduction surgery. It has good coverage and even compression and there are no pressure points or abrasive points on any of the edges. In addition, the fabric is so soft that I can wear it for 12 hours. Although I ordered three different kinds of bras in preparation of surgery, this is the only one I went back and purchased more of post-surgery.The only issue I would have is getting the sizing right. In order to get the cup size tight enough, depending on how much of a reduction you get, you may have to order a smaller than you expect band size to get the correct compression across your chest. And, in the case of reduction surgery, it's not like you can try them on in advance to make sure they fit correctly. Read the sizing information in the listing carefully.
