Review on 🏃 Castlerock Men's Athletic Shoes with Fila Resistant Composite for Running by Jeff Long

They don't have arch support so plan on adding an aftermarket insert. I've had other brands that didn't last. This is good quality. Comfortable (with insert) for everyday use. The only downside is the "tiny inverted mushroom" outsole design. If you're running on sand or mud at all, the outsole will capture a lot of dirt and then throw it in the house. I've adapted, but it hurts to take my shoes off every time I walk around the house to get a tool, drink, etc.
