Sharp knives! wife is happy) Good knife sharpening tool, much easier to use than the knife sharpening stone I also have. The edge can get a little rougher than the stone, but you'll spend a lot less time sharpening. It's a quick tool when you're in the middle of the kitchen and need to quickly sharpen a dull knife. It is also nice that there is an area for sharpening scissors.
